Cassondra Vanholland: Well im not familiar with freeview about talking about general DVRs you would have to call ur cable provider and ask them to add those channels you would like. Im not sure they would charge you extra, probably not. If u have a basic subscription then there will be alot of channels that u cant access like HBO and Starz stuff like that. u can always up grade to a better "plan" like the best one they offer that would give u all the channels, im sure it would cost more though. but if u want a few extra channels just give em a call and have them add it....Show more
