Can I study abroad?

Madlyn Fallis: Why don't you ask whoever has the educational plan set up if it can be transfered or if you can get the money. They'd know better than anyone on here would. If not, you could always study for a year or two at home before studing abroad. That way, you could use the money for the important things here and then continue your studies abroad.
