Ervin Overbee: there is a lot that goes into insurance. there is your years of experience in driving, the value of the car, how much coverage you put on the car, how much deductible there is, do you have other stuff like addition cars or house, and then there is the ever increase in cost of living aspect. the lowest i ever paid was about $46 a month. and that was for 2 cars and 2 people on the same policy. one of the car was 6 years old and the other was 1 year old, and both with full coverage. i also had my house insured with them also. so i was able to get discount for doing that, and having multi-car discount also....Show more

Of course then with no competition they could raise their rates.Seriously, there is no such thing. Safest bet is getting quotes from multiple companies. I find that out of the big companies progressive and geico are the cheapest.
