If your customers can trust you, then they will be much more likely to return.I had a bad experience with a salesman. Because of him, I will not return to his place of employment. I doubt he works there today, but his work destroyed my trust. I am very sure that the dealership does not appreciate that. Also, if you don't know the answer then don't try to fake it. It would be embarrassing if you couldn't spell the name brand car you're selling.Car sales people usually earn commission, so how much money you make depends on how m! any cars you sell.I've never heard of 'Carmax', so reputation wise I'd pick Nissan.The most important skill you need as a sales person is the skill of listening and observation.Find out what exactly a customer is looking for in a car, and then point out how your model addresses their needs and desires....Show more
