Question about fitness?

Dalila Yoon: lol, how funny!! I just got a wii and all the sports and the fitness really works you out and it's freakn fun too. Get it for sure!! mean while I recommend just simply walking 2 miles per day. This walk will take you about 40 mins and the longer you do it the faster you walk the better your going to feel If you can get the 2 miles in around 30 minutes your going to be totally amazed at how much energy you will have. I did it for years and man it works.remember The Wii really does work and it's fun too. I wonder if they will pay me for this recommendation, lol....Show more
