Ramon Dahlheimer: I just had my 2nd child a month ago and still haven't had my first period. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex 2 times but he pulled out when he came and since we have been using condoms.I took a home pregnancy test and it said negative but I was wondering how accurate it is since my hormones are going crazy? Samara Siewers: I was 21, having unprotected sex with my boyfriend. I knew something was up because I was sooo! o super tired and going to bed earlier than I ever had in a long time. The week my period was supposed to come I noticed the implantation bleeding because it was really light pink, didn't get on the pantyliner, and lasted for only a day. I still had mild cramping though. So soon I was a week late and I tested and sure enough I got my big fat positive. I was also 5 weeks pregnant. Now ten months later we have a healthy baby boy and I'm 31w1d pregnant with our second and my boyfriend then is now my husband lol. Our babies will be about 12 months apart. Good luck to you.
Raelene Cunnick: I found out at 7 weeks pregnant. My first clue was that I missed my period, but I had other symptoms too. My stomach hurt exactly like you say--like I had done thousands of sit ups. Also, my breasts were really sore--so sore that I couldn't lay on my stomach at all, and I was really sick as well. Ninfa Asby: after the birth of my son 1 and a half years ago i had the depo needle i really like it every three months i just go back to my local gp and get the needle plus the added bonus for me is with having the needle i do not get my periods.hope i helped a bit.
Neville Dautremont: I've never tried it but when I had my son I got the shot. I had bad side effects so I stopped using it. Then I tried the pill but I always forgot to take it so I stopped using it too. After that I didn't use any BC because we were trying for another baby. I am now finally pregnant with our second baby and I was wondering the same thing as you. Since I had very bad experience with the shot and pill, I'm trying the IUD for 5 years.
Ariel Arons: I use the Nuva Ring and love it. It is similar to inserting an OB tampon if that is your concern. I like that I don't have to remember to take a daily pill. I do know that it is a lower does, so if you are looking for a! BC that helps with PMS or other things it might not be right for you. If you do go with the Nuva Ring, then you can get a little timer from their website. The timer counts down the days until you have to take the ring out and then when you need to insert a new ring. Lashawnda Anteby: It depends on whether or not you plan to b! reastfeed. If you plan to breastfeed you can't take anything with estro! gen. You can use an IUD, the mini pill(don't rely on it completely), and condoms. If not then you have other options. If you aren't a pill person Nuva Ring might be good for you. My midwife suggested it but I don't do well with hormones so opted to just use condoms. I have a friend that got pregnant very quickly on the mini pill and had issues with an IUD but most do well with the IUD. I did like Loestrin 24 if you can do pills. I had some spotting the first few months but very little other side effects once the spotting stopped....Show more
Rocio Karvis: I tried it and did not like it. I could tell it was there although others say they can't. Also, you have to take it out and clean it etc. I would rather take the pill. The only side effect that was different with the ring my doctor told me about was an odor which I did not have, then again, I did not use the product very long.

Kaley Lappas: Well with my first my husband and I were trying to conceive but I didn't have my period for four months and had one. By this time I wasn't even expecting to get pregnant at that time. I first noticed that I got really really sick almost flu like and I went to the doctor and got some antibiotics. I took them for a day and felt worse so I decided to take a pregnancy test just to see if I was not knowing or having any idea that I possibly was. It came up positive and I freaked out because the antibiotic he gave me was really strong. So I went and he calmed me down and gave me a blood test to really make sure it was a positive and of course I was pregnant with a little boy. With my second it was totally a surprise. I was breastfeeding my son and I was not having any periods again. Well my son was 9 months old and I got really sick like I had the flu once again. We weren't even thinking about another baby yet so I went to the dollar store and! got a pregnancy test and low and behold it was positive. My husband ha! d no idea that I was even taking one. So I called him on his cell and said honey are you not driving right and he said no. I said I just took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was really freaking out once again and he calmed me down he said I will go pick up another test when I get off work and if it is positive you can call the doctor tomorrow and get a blood test done. So he came home it was positive and I went the next day got a blood test and once again pregnant. So my little ones will be 18 months apart and I am blessed with a beautiful baby boy and a little girl due March 30....Show more

Scot Rotruck: Im curious, because I think im 5 weeks pregnant and waiting for friday to take a test. At first I started having major headaches and getting dizzy all the time, and hotflashes. Then I would feel my! tummy and breast tickly and itchy. Then lately for 7-8 days now I have been having this clear white discharge with no smell at all. And only at night, I feel like throwing up but I don't. My stomach feels like i've done 1000 sit ups and i have not...and the last thing is that I have been having stomach cramps. i did get my period last time but it was really really short and bright red. i don't know...but I would love to hear everyones stories! =)...Show more
Coleman Ocegueda: Well, I have been trying for 6 years for this baby! :) I went through 2 heart breaking miscarriages and finally this one stuck! YEPPIE! I really kind of gave up on getting pregnant so I was really surprised when 2 little pink lines popped up! I thought I got my period for like 2 days and it was very very light. (implantation bleeding) And a few days later I could smell everything! I walked into the bank and it was like a slap in the face! The smell of old lunch was so strong! I asked the lady be! hind me if she could smell that and she said "What smell?" That's when ! I knew! I went to the grocery store after that and took the test in the bathroom there. Christy Tirabassi: The nuvaring will have different effects on everyone.. One of my cousins had that nuva ring placed, and her doctor didnt perform it right and it perforated through her uterus.. they told her she would never have kids anymore but she did have kids... some could be alllergic, or simply won't function... I am personally just going to take pills..but everyone reacts differently to every contraceptive method..
Dick Baumgarten: ok well me and my bf had sex last night...with a condom...but he wanted to take it off to see how it felt without a condom (virgin,not anymore) and so we did but he pulled out right before he came...can i still be pregnant?..and was there pre-come inside of me before he pulled o! ut?, and i cant get Plan B until monday...do u think i could get pregnant before then, Also can pre-come get u pregnant faster than regular come?
Lucrecia Laurito: If you are breastfeeding, it can take up to 21 months to come back ! It's totally normal for it not to be back yet. And to all those crazy ladies who say "no sex within six weeks" that's not true at all. The guidline is, you shouldn't have sex until a few days after you stop postpartum bleeding AND and tears are totally healed.I had no tears and stopped bleeding after five days, so would have bene good to go then !...Show more
Antonette Shappy: I know 3 people who have gotten pregnant on Nuva Ring, who all claim to have used it correctly.Uh oh.They also got really sick from the side effects.But remember, it effects everyone differently.I was planning on using nuva ring after this baby.i'm scared about mirena, god forbid anything bad happened. Hun! ter Beech: yes and i would advice against it. i took it for one month a! nd it was aweful. i got signs of pregnancy but it was the ring. so before i bought another one i looked it up and found out that a woman died off of this because it causes massive blood clots which i had with that period after the nuvaring and i dont get them like that it was nasty. i did have the iud and bleed for 6 months it was horible. the best that i came up with is the regular pill. it is the healthier way out of them all....Show more
Thomas Riner: Plan B can be taken up to 72 hours after sex (3 days). If you don't get it in that time or don't get it SOON enough within that time (the effectiveness lowers as the time goes by) you could end up pregnant. Why would you have sex w/out a condom if you don't want to get pregnant? Get on birth control if you don't want a baby.
Idell Syed: My best friend used the ring for a little while and hated it. She is now getting the Mirena IUC. I have had mine for almost a year now and LOVE it! Nothing to worry about, low! hormones, almost no period! Talk to your doc...there's a lot to know.Best of luck!...Show more
Kristina Brockwell: Ive been thinking about bc too my best friends who each have at least 1 kid each have sworn by the nuva ring .... there is another one which I cant think of the name right now that they put inside of you and you have to have a child to get it I think is norplant?? I could be wrong but as long as you have 1 partner and in an exclusive relationship ie no cheating there arent many issues with this bc option I wouldnt suggest it if you plan to have more than 1 partner in the next 5 years because any std can damage the implant and cause health issues ...i dont know what im going to do but i plan on talking with my ob in the next few weeks about my options I would never recomend the depo shot or patches they cause health problems and are not worth it ...Show more
