Georgianna Zollo: well for me i was at 230 pounds and now at 195 and all i ve been doing is running but when i run i wear a hoodie a few shirts under it and like a thermal to and with some sweat pants and go run out in the hot weather and just sweat it off and eat 3 small meals a day but just try to cut soda and any junk out of you diet and just drink water you just have to be dedicated in losing the weight
Lavelle Viveiros: My aunt did atkins and she lost ALOT of weight. But I know, personally, I could never just not eat any carbs lol but if you can do this atkins defintitely works. Another thing I know works is only eating whole grain carbs and avoiding dairy, eating fruit and vegetables instead of junk food and eating chicken and turkey instead of any other kind of meat. And doing this eating your carbs for breakfast and lunch and not for dinner. Eat smaller meals several times a day (1200-1300 calories a day), eat every 2-3 hours but not more than 300 calories i! n one sitting.
