Ninfa Asby: It is an affidavit affirming certain facts that is filed in a divorce case.
Dorethea Beaston: I don't think so. What is of public record is the fact that you are divorced and the date it became final.
Mauro Cowee: You'd have to be more specific, but in some states, petitions for divorce must be verified, or signed under oath.
