Voncile Slaubaugh: I asked my direct supervisor if she would write me a refer! ence before I left and she said she would love to BUT the organization just announced at a managers meeting the other day that no one can write references for employees. That just doesnt make sense to me..How can someone who does not know give a reference to another job?
