Not the best for fine arts though.-Pratt Institute: Good school. Don't know much about it.-FIT & Parsons: Excellent for fashion. I think its specifically good for commercial fashion. Architecture program at Parsons there is good.-Tisch School of the Arts at NYU: Film Departme! nt is superb. However, expensive and low scholarships.-Rhode Island School of Design: This is the best of the best of art schools. Excellent all around. Voted #1 art school in America. Competitive to get in and very expensive.-Maryland Institute College of Art: Great affordable art school all around in the east coast especially in the fine arts. The winner of the 1st season of Project Runway had ! attended there.-Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art: Excellent if! you want to go the traditional art route. Old famous artists have gone here.-University of the Arts (in Philadelphia): I'm just mentioning it here to tell you that this school is no good.
